Pamella Carrasquel is the Head of Customer Success at Sunlight Technologies. Pamella has over 7 years of experience in customer support and operations. Pamella has a proven track record of success in building and scaling customer support teams and processes. Prior to joining Sunlight, they were the Head of Customer Support at Sunlight Technologies, where they were responsible for taking care of customers, recruiting, training and upskilling the support team, creating, implementing and optimizing processes to ensure best-in-class customer support. Pamella has also worked as the Assistant to the Head of School at The British School Caracas, where they were in charge of whole-school communications, assisting the head of school in their regular activities, event planning and organization for whole-school activities.
