Ben Johnson's work experience begins in 2004 at Aria Analytics, where they worked as a Research and Development Specialist until 2006. Ben then joined Pressco Technology, starting as an Applications Engineer in 2006 and gradually moving up to become a Program Manager, Product Innovation, and then Manager and finally Director of Research and Development until 2020. In 2020, they joined Sunless, Inc. as a Director of Engineering and later became the Vice President of Technology and Innovation, overseeing hardware development and sustaining engineering projects.

Ben Johnson completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics from Case Western Reserve University in the years 2000 to 2004. Following this, they pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in Physics Entreprenuership at the same institution from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their educational qualifications, Ben obtained a certification as a Laser Safety Officer (LSO) from the Laser Institute of America in June 2010.
