Rachel Wydeven has extensive experience in care coordination and administrative roles, currently serving as an LTSS Care Coordinator at Sunflower Health Plan since October 2019. Prior to this position, Rachel held multiple roles at Community Living Opportunities, Inc. from September 2010 to October 2019, including iLink Business Manager, Database Administrative Specialist, DC Office Manager, Executive Administrative Assistant to the COO, and Training Coordinator. Additionally, Rachel owned and operated Blue Plate Dinners, a meal assembly shop, from January 2007 to December 2009. Rachel holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from The University of Kansas.
