Jarod Holland has a strong background in account management and client success. Jarod has worked at SunFire as a Senior Account Manager since December 2022 and previously served as a Technical Account Manager from March 2021 to December 2022. Prior to their time at SunFire, Jarod worked at Softek Illuminate, Inc. where they held the role of Client Success Manager from February 2020 to March 2021 and Sales Business Development from October 2017 to February 2020. Their responsibilities in these roles included building and maintaining client relationships, increasing client satisfaction and retention, and driving business development efforts.

Jarod Holland attended Berry College from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Performance, with a focus on General Music. Following this, they pursued further studies at the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 2016 to 2017, earning a Masters of Music in Music Performance, again with a focus on General Music.
