David Ringhofer is an experienced executive and legal professional with a strong background in the renewable energy sector. Since September 2009, David has held multiple leadership roles at SunEdison, including Board Member, COO, and General Counsel. David also served as a Board Member for TerraForm Global, Inc. from May 2016 to December 2017 and for TerraForm Power during the same period until February 2017. Prior to these roles, David worked as a Senior Associate at PwC from 2005 to 2009. David earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2005 and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the same institution in 2002.
