Elango P R is a Design and Development Engineer at Sundram Fasteners Limited since February 2020, specializing in new product development, project management, and the preparation of PPAP/ISIR & APQP documents. In a previous role as Quality Assurance Quality Control, Elango focused on achieving zero parts per million (ppm) through meticulous monitoring, audit management, and root cause analysis. Earlier experience includes a Graduate Engineering Trainee position, where Elango contributed to the cold forging manufacturing process, machine maintenance, and plating plants downtime reduction. Prior to this, a position as Project Intern at Shanthi Gears Limited involved enhancing production capacity utilization. Elango holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology, completed in 2019.
