Ashlee Eckerle, MA, BCBA, currently serves as the Managing Behavior Analyst and Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the Behavior Analysis Center for Autism, where responsibilities include training behavior technicians, developing skillsets, and implementing behavior intervention plans. With extensive experience in providing direct therapy for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and overseeing staff operations, Ashlee has held various roles, including Clinical Assistant and ABA Therapist. Previous positions include staffing support at Robert Half International and management roles in sports facilities, aquatics, and marketing at educational institutions. Ashlee holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Master's in Sports Administration from Ball State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Movement and Sports Science from Purdue University.
