Mike Sill has a diverse work experience beginning in 2009 when they were a Host/ Wine Club Coordinator for Cohn Restaurant Group. In 2010, they moved to Quality Social as a General Manager, where they managed operations for an upscale downtown San Diego club and had overall accountability for HR and finance functions. In 2014, they Co-Owned and General Managed The Brew Project, a full-service restaurant and bar that provided unique access to the craft beer culture in the San Diego region. In 2017, they Co-Founded Sunday Scaries CBD, a CBD lifestyle brand for millennials. In 2020, they became an Official Member of the Forbes Business Council.
Mike Sill attended the University of San Diego from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and Affairs.
