Sheri Russo possesses extensive experience in customer service and production management within the print and fulfillment industry. Currently serving as the Lead Customer Service Representative and Account Manager at SunDance since January 2020, Sheri previously held the position of Director, Production & Fulfillment at Wyndham Destinations, managing a three-person team responsible for inventory warehouse fulfillment and branded production projects. Additional roles include Production Manager at Wyndham Vacation Ownership, Customer Service Representative at Central Florida Press, and Customer Service Representative at Lanman Lithotech. Sheri's career began at Comcast Sound Communications. Sheri holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Business from Valencia College, completed between 1983 and 1985.
