Steven Fletcher is currently the Vice President at Sundance Bay since March 2020. Prior to this role, Steven worked as a Due Diligence Manager at PREP Property Group, and as a Transaction Manager at both Phillips Edison & Company and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Steven also has experience as a Senior Analyst at Integra Realty Resources and as a Project Manager at 3form. Steven holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Utah, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from the same institution.
