Terry Wood SHRM-SCP is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Suncoast Credit Union, Terry has previously held key leadership positions including EVP of Talent Management at Right Management, Director of Talent Management at PODS, and SVP of Leadership & Organization Development at Mercantile Bank. Additionally, Terry served as the Executive Director at Peak Performer, Inc. Academically, Terry holds a Master of Science in Business Management from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania.
