Igor Gishkeluk, PhD, has extensive work experience in research and development roles. Igor is currently serving as the Chief R&D Officer at Sunbim since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief R&D Officer at Kreo Software Ltd from September 2016 to July 2023.

Before their tenure at Kreo Software, Igor worked at Simmakers Ltd. as the R&D Director, where they led a team of mathematicians and software engineers in developing software programs. Igor also provided technical leadership and mentoring to team members. Igor was with Simmakers from an unspecified date in 2008 to April 2016. Additionally, they worked as a researcher at the Laboratory of Information Technologies in Ecology, ISEU from January 2005 to December 2007, where they managed various projects related to solute distribution forecasting, pollution assessment, and runoff modeling.

Earlier in their career, from January 2000 to December 2003, Igor served as a researcher at the Technological Processes Computer Simulation Laboratory, BSUIR. In this role, they developed mathematical models and conducted computational investigations in areas such as piezoelectric motion, thermal stress in gas transmission pipelines, and computerized diagnostics of thermo treatment processes.

Igor Gishkeluk, PhD, began their education at Minsk State Higher Radio-engineering College from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained an Engineering degree. Igor then pursued a Master of Science degree at the Belarusian State University Informatics and Radioelectronics from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they engaged in a period of trainee at the University of Applied Sciences Mittweida in 2004. From 2004 to 2007, Igor Gishkeluk completed their Post-graduate study at the International Sakharov Environmental University.
