That same year, they also attended Ottawa Teachers College to study Education.
In terms of certifications, Greg Kells obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2002, they became a Real Estate and Business Broker certified by the Real Estate Council of Ontario. In 2005, they became a Life Member of the Institute of Business Appraisers. In 2006, they obtained the certification of Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser from the NEBB Institute. In 2007, they became a Certified Senior Business Analyst through the International Society of Business Analysts. In 2009, they obtained the certification of Mergers & Acquisitions Master Intermediary from the M&A Source. Finally, in 2012, they became a Business Certified Appraiser through the International Society of Business Appraisers.
