Paul Chapin is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in the advertising and franchise management sectors. As President of Oasis Management Group, Inc. since April 2018, Paul has established a franchise management and development company. Previously, Paul was the CEO and Executive Creative Director at Initio Advertising, where leadership in strategy and creative direction was emphasized for over 26 years.
