Craig Emerick is an accomplished service project manager with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving at Sunbelt Controls since October 2018, Craig has held various leadership roles including service manager and branch manager in Bellevue, WA, after the acquisition of Cunningham Engineering. Prior to this, Craig worked at Johnson Controls from April 2014 to October 2018 as branch installation manager, overseeing project execution and resource management for the Seattle branch. Craig's career began at McKinstry in July 1991, progressing through multiple positions including project director and senior project manager, culminating in roles as director and operations manager for AVAC Inc., a McKinstry business unit. Craig holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from Washington State University.
