Comesha Woods is a seasoned professional in the fields of early childhood education and human services, currently serving as the Northeast Community Director and formerly as the Early Childhood Services Area Supervisor at Sunbeam Family Services since May 2019. Additionally, Comesha has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Rose State College since August 2019. Previous roles include the Scholars for Excellence in Child Care Coordinator at Oklahoma City Community College and an ERS Assessor at the University of Oklahoma. Comesha's career began with positions such as Family Advocate and OCS Case Manager, showcasing a strong foundation in child welfare and advocacy. Comesha holds a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Walden University and a Master of Science in Human Services from Capella University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Family Life Education-Child Development from the University of Central Oklahoma.
