Natalie Perna is currently the Director of People & Culture at Sunbeam Community and Developmental Services, where Natalie has held various HR roles since July 2010. Prior to this, Natalie was the Human Resources Canada Manager at Fastenal from September 2008 to July 2010. Natalie holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College and a BA in Sociology/Political Science from McMaster University.
