At High Bluff Group, Larkins focuses on talent placement and strategic consulting within the cannabis industry. Additionally, Larkins is a Co-Founder of the Evergent Group, which encompasses several service companies, providing specialized staffing, recruiting, and business optimization solutions. Larkins has extensive experience in corporate development and management, having held senior positions such as EVP at WorkforceLogic and ECG, and VP/GM at Corestaff, as well as serving as Regional Manager at Outsource International from February 1991 to May 1995.
