Stephen Powell has a long career in the digital marketing and advertising industry. Stephen has held several leadership roles since 2001. Powell began their career as the IT Director and Creative Director at Spectra Products. In 2015, they became the President and Founding Owner of Emphaticaleigh LLC, an online marketplace for artists to meet, communicate and sell their pieces of work. In 2020, Powell took the role of Chief Executive Officer at AcadiaPowell Inc. Prior to this, they were the CEO of Sun Sign Designs Inc., a digital marketing advertising agency they built from the ground up.

Stephen Powell attended Central Columbia High from 1992 to 1996. Stephen then obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Graphic Design from Marywood University between 1996 and 2001. In June 2001, they also obtained a certification in Citrix Meta Frame from Neo Wear.
