Shane Rynkowski has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2011, they started their own fitness business called Fitness by Shane, offering bootcamp training. Shane also owned and operated Xcelerate First State Fitness, a training facility that provided bootcamp, strength training, obstacle course training, and martial arts services from 2013 to 2016.

In 2014, Shane worked as a Regional Director for IDLife Corporate. Shane then joined Modern City Solar in 2016 and held roles as Sales Director and Sales Manager until 2020.

In 2020, Shane became the owner of White Rhino Solar and White Rhino Home Services. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Sun Services USA, starting in March 2023.

Shane Rynkowski attended the California University of Pennsylvania from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management.
