Ishani Kapila is an experienced professional in the field of quality compliance and analytical research, currently serving as the Corporate Quality - Compliance and Training Head at SUN PHARMA since June 2015. Prior roles at SUN PHARMA include Corporate Quality - Compliance and Policies, as well as Group Leader - Analytical Research & Compliance. Prior to SUN PHARMA, Ishani held various positions at RANBAXY LABORATORY LTD, including Group Leader Analytical Research, and worked at Banner Pharmacaps and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories as a Deputy Manager and Scientist, respectively. Ishani's academic background includes a Master of Technology in Modern Methods of Chemical Analysis and a Master of Technology in Instrumentation from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, along with a Master of Science in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from St. Joseph's College for Women (Autonomous), Visakhapatnam.
