Craig Kuchii has extensive experience in intellectual property law. Craig served as the Associate Vice President of Intellectual Property at Sun Pharma from June 2019 onwards. Prior to that, they held the position of Sr. Director of Intellectual Property at Sun Pharma starting in November 2016. Before their time at Sun Pharma, Craig worked at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP as a Partner from 2012 to 2016, and as an Associate from 2008 to 2012. At Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, they specialized in Intellectual Property, Patent Litigation, and Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Litigation. Craig also served as a member of the Committee on Ethnic and Racial Diversity. Craig began their legal career at Welsh & Katz, Ltd. as an Associate from 2004 to 2008, where they focused on drafting patent applications, conducting legal research, and preparing trial strategies.

Craig Kuchii earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Intellectual Property from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology at Tulane University from 1990 to 1994. Craig'ssecondary education took place at Evanston Township High School from 1986 to 1990.
