William "Brad" Bennett has extensive experience in production and operations management within the food industry. Currently serving as Plant Manager and Operations Manager at Sun Orchard since July 2023, Bennett previously held the position of Plant Manager at Albertsons Companies from December 2018 to July 2023. Prior roles include Production Manager at Safeway and Villa Dolce Gelato, as well as managerial positions at Shamrock Foods Company, where Bennett focused on Extended Shelf Life production. Bennett's career began in 1989 with Smiths Food and Drug Dairy division and includes a progression through various supervisory and engineering roles, showcasing a strong foundation in production supervision and management.
