Olivier Sassine is a seasoned software test engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts in Computer Science from Brevard Community College. Currently employed at Sun Nuclear Corporation since May 2019, Olivier specializes in software testing and has a proven track record of reducing system failures and implementing DevOps and Agile methodologies. Prior experience includes a role as Systems Engineer at Inmarsat, where Olivier integrated UTM into products for the Cyber Security team, and as a Level 2 Technical Support Engineer, where responsibilities included leading a shift team and resolving escalated cases. Olivier also has managerial experience as a Store Manager at GameStop, overseeing employee recruitment and training, and worked in customer-facing roles at Interval International and Hallmark Cards, where skills in team leadership and training were demonstrated.
