Matt Balzarini currently serves as Director of Engineering - US Infrastructure at Sun Life since February 2018, following a series of progressively responsible roles within the organization. Prior experience includes Associate Director positions in Business Technology Enablement and Business Continuity at Sun Life Financial, where Matt managed multiple teams and developed comprehensive business continuity plans. Earlier roles at Sun Life Financial Distributors, Inc. and Keyport Life Insurance Company encompassed responsibilities in technology management, user support, and system migrations, with notable achievements in mobile device management and system integration. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology, obtained in 1999.
