Karen Harnish has extensive experience at Sun Life Financial, where employment began in January 1996 and continues to the present. As a Business Development Service Manager since January 2006, Karen leads a team of Service Representatives focused on servicing mid and large market clients while collaborating with Account Executives to enhance client retention and acquisition. Prior roles at Sun Life included Manager of Group Benefits Operations, Project Leader for the Clarica Group Benefits conversion, and Manager of Group Benefits Contracts, overseeing the issuance and revisions of national contracts and promoting efficiency through regional segmentation. Karen holds credentials from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits and has a foundational education from Royal West Academy.
