Frank G. is a seasoned Director of User Experience Design at Sun Life since October 2022, leading a team of top UX professionals and serving as a design partner for the Group Benefits business. Previously, Frank G. held impactful roles such as User Experience Leader for Walgreens' Project Horizon, Senior Manager of Digital Design at Capital One, and Head of Experience Design at ContextMedia, Inc., where innovative solutions were developed to enhance user experiences. With earlier experience at ZS Associates, SEMMX Inc., Orbitz, Motorola, eBay, and Art Technology Group, Frank G. has consistently driven user-centered design initiatives and product strategy across various industries. Frank G. also holds a Bachelor of Science degree with High Honors in Communication Design from the Institute of Design and Illinois Institute of Technology.
