Chris Pearce has extensive experience in business and IT architecture, currently serving as the Chief Business & IT Architect at SunLife since March 2013, where responsibilities include managing change programs and overseeing in-house and outsourced IT services. Prior to this role, Chris worked at Sun Life Direct from August 2009 to February 2013, initially as a Business & IT Architect and previously as an Operations Manager. Chris began their career at AXA Sun Life, progressing through various positions from Customer Service Representative to Vendor Manager, with a notable role as an India Migration Senior Business Analyst. Chris holds a foundational education from Hengrove, completing studies between 1984 and 1989.
