Sayan Chakraborty is an experienced UX Researcher currently working independently since June 2020, where responsibilities include collaborating with Research Leads, coordinating with researchers on projects, and mentoring junior researchers while focusing on marginalized communities and diverse user groups across various domains. In addition, Sayan serves as a Graduate Research Associate at the University of Calcutta, designing research projects, interviewing over 500 individuals, conducting ethnographic studies, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data. Sayan also holds a role as Operations Process Associate at Sunknowledge Services Inc., monitoring team productivity and assisting in project management. Previous experiences include roles in operations management and content creation across platforms like YouTube and Facebook Meta. Sayan holds a Master of Science in Anthropology from the University of Calcutta and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Anthropology from New Alipore College.
