Lance Marillier is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in risk management and surveillance. Currently serving as the Security Manager at Sun Sibaya - Sun International since September 2015, Lance conducts risk analyses, provides guidance to stakeholders on compliance management, and participates in risk committees. Previously, as the Surveillance Manager at Emerald Resort and Casino from October 1998 to May 2015, Lance coordinated surveillance operations, maintained regulatory compliance with the Gaming Board, and developed new control systems. Lance holds a Bachelor's of Technologies Degree in Safety Management from the University of South Africa, achieved between 2008 and 2013.
