Eric Suszka is an accomplished manufacturing engineering professional with extensive experience in both engineering management and corporate strategy within the hydraulic industry. Currently serving as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager - Assembly at Sun Hydraulics, Eric leads a team of engineers to optimize production efficiency and implement process improvements, including layout optimization projects that enhance operational workflows. Previous roles include Director of Corporate Planning & Strategy, where Eric managed significant projects and strategic planning for a $400M business unit, and Black Belt Project Manager, focusing on Six Sigma methodologies to drive organizational improvements.
