Amy Curtis, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Talent Relationship Director at Sun Health since April 2024. Prior to this role, Amy held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Desert Financial Credit Union from July 2022 to April 2024. Amy's extensive experience in human resources includes a tenure at Connections Health Solutions from August 2013 to July 2022, where Amy advanced through various leadership roles such as Vice President, HR Operations, and Director, HR Operations. Earlier career experiences include positions at USAA, ConnectionsAZ, and the City of Virginia Beach, focusing on customer service and mental health interventions. Academically, Amy holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Marymount University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Randolph-Macon College.
