Melissa Anderson has extensive experience in ground operations training and customer service within the airline and retail industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Ground Operations Training at Sun Country Airlines since February 2011, Melissa has held various roles within the company, including Assistant Manager for CRC/Reservations Support and Central Reservations Control Lead. Prior to joining Sun Country Airlines, Melissa worked at Kath Oil - Gas Plus 20 as a Cashier Customer Service representative, where responsibilities included assisting vendors and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient sales transactions. Melissa began their career at Kmart as a Cashier/Floor Associate, managing customer service and supporting various departments. Holding a Certificate in Travel from The Travel Academy, Melissa is well-equipped for a career in the travel industry.
