Duane Franklund has extensive experience in quality assurance and control within the aviation industry. Currently serving as the Director of QA/QC and Chief Inspector at Sun Country Airlines since January 2012, Duane previously held the position of Manager of Quality Control Processes at Colgan Air, Inc. for a brief period in January 2012. Additionally, Duane spent over a decade at Mesaba Airlines, where roles included Manager of Technical Services and Manager of Quality Control from September 2001 to December 2011.
