Nicole Didier has a diverse work experience in various companies. Nicole started their career as a Sales Associate at Catalyst in April 2014 and later became a Buyer/Merchandiser, where they assisted customers with purchases, merchandised clothing, and increased sales in the women's department by over 15% in their first year. In 2018, they joined Cafe Surfinista as an Assistant Manager and worked there until January 2020. In July 2019, they briefly served as an Assistant Sales Representative at Seafolly P/L. Nicole then joined Sun Bum in September 2020, where they initially worked as an International Intern and later became a Sales Coordinator for the International and Specialty Division. In their role at Sun Bum, they managed international distributor accounts, coordinated international inquiries, provided customer service, created and distributed sales tools, coordinated sales incentive programs, updated department documents, and conducted audits. Nicole also oversaw marketing and creative processes for the Specialty Business. Currently, Nicole holds the position of Associate Sales Manager at Sun Bum's International department, starting in September 2022.

Nicole Didier pursued their education chronologically, starting with an Associate's Degree in an unspecified field of study at Eastern Florida State College from 2011 to 2014. Following that, they attended Florida State University from 2014 to 2015, where they focused on Finance, General, before ultimately transferring to the University of Central Florida. At the University of Central Florida, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Finance from 2015 to 2017.
