Ina Schneider serves as the Head of People Operations for Europe at SumUp since September 2019, where responsibilities encompass leadership roles across multiple countries and functions. Prior to this, Ina accumulated significant experience at Qixxit as Senior HR Manager, successfully building the HR framework and team from the ground up. Additional roles include HR Project support at MIAMED GmbH, HR Business Partner at Wooga, Team Manager at Door2Door, and HR Assistant at Fit Analytics GmbH. Ina began a career in the HR field as a Management Assistant at Douglas Holding AG, following an educational background in business administration and political economics.
