Alexey Drobyshev currently serves as the Head of Disputes, Corporate and Intellectual Property at Sumsub since June 2022, and previously held the role of Senior Legal Officer. Prior to this, Alexey worked at BIOCAD from November 2018 to May 2022, initially as Chief Legal Counsel for Dispute Resolution, overseeing international dispute resolution and domestic litigation, and later as Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel for International Projects, focusing on international disputes and contract negotiations. Alexey's earlier experience includes a position as an Associate at Lex Navicus Concordia from March 2017 to July 2018, where responsibilities involved maritime law and various commercial disputes in Russian courts. Alexey holds a Master’s Degree in Investment Treaty Arbitration from Uppsala University and two Master’s degrees from Saint Petersburg State University, one in WTO Law and another in Law, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the same institution.
