Hannah Lownsbrough has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Hannah has been a Board Member at All Out since 2017, and previously served as the Executive Director of SumOfUs since 2016. Hannah was also a Board Member at Uplift.org.ie starting from 2014. Before that, Hannah served as a Governor at Viridis Schools from 2011. Additionally, they worked as a Freelance Researcher and Campaign Consultant, with clients including ActionAid and GetUp.org.au. Hannah also held positions as the Managing Director at GetUp, Campaigns Director at 38 Degrees, and Trustee at Crisis. Hannah worked as a Freelance Campaigner at Friends of the Earth and as a Researcher at Demos. Their work experience spans from 2003 to the present.

Hannah Lownsbrough attended the University of Oxford from 1998 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE).
