Derek White possesses extensive experience in both aviation and military logistics. Currently serving as the Education Department Manager for the United States Air Force and as a Hot Air Balloon Pilot for Sumofiber, Derek also operates commercial hot air balloon rides with Utah Balloon Flights and Walla Walla Balloon Flights, while owning and leading the Nemesis Balloon Team. With a military career spanning nearly two decades, Derek held various leadership roles, including Director of Logistics and Director of Operations, managing logistics for F-35 aircraft and overseeing munitions operations. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification, complemented by an Associate of Science in Munitions Systems/Ordinance Technology.
