Ritchey Peck is an experienced sales leader with a strong background in technology and software sectors. Currently serving as Regional Director for Enterprise, Public Sector, and Federal sales teams at Sumo Logic since February 2022, Ritchey has cultivated a growth-driven sales culture based on MEDDIC principles. Prior to this, Ritchey held multiple leadership roles at Cisco, including Americas Leader for Cloud Software Incubation, where a significant transformation from hardware to a 100% SaaS model was achieved. Additionally, as Regional Sales Leader for the Cloud Infrastructure Software Group, Ritchey successfully returned the Commercial East Datacenter Business to double-digit growth. Earlier career experiences include leading sales teams in Georgia and Tennessee, as well as an internship at Bell Labs Lucent Technologies focused on competitive business intelligence. Ritchey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Purdue University and attended Culver Academies.
