Tom DeCoster is an experienced executive with a comprehensive background in product management, operations, and business development, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Sr. Director of Product Optimization at Certified Power, Inc. since November 2023. Previously, as Managing Partner at DeCoster & Associates, LLC, Tom focused on profit optimization through financial data analysis. Additional roles include Vice President of Product Management & Engineering at Monroe Truck Equipment and Modifications, where product strategy development was a key responsibility, and multiple managerial positions at Parker Hannifin, Pierce Manufacturing, Connor Forest Industries, Hurd Millwork Company, and Weyerhaeuser, contributing to operational efficiencies and product innovation throughout an extensive career.
