Michael Salgat currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Certified Power, Inc. since July 2023 and as a Partner at Evergreen Partners since April 2023, providing interim executive services and financial advisory for lower middle market companies. Prior to these roles, Michael held the position of Managing Director at Wynnchurch Capital, overseeing portfolio companies and leading value creation initiatives from June 2020 to March 2023. Michael also served as Operating Partner at New State Capital Partners, Vice President of Strategy & Finance at Tecumseh Products Company, Chief Financial Officer at Sipi Metals Corp., and Director at Candlewood Partners, accumulating extensive experience in M&A, financial planning, and corporate finance. Michael began the career as an Associate at Donnelly Penman & Partners and Marsh after earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance from John Carroll University and completing a program at Harvard Business School Online.
