Jennifer Appling has worked in the beverage industry since 2000. Jennifer began their career at Gibsons Restaurant Group as a Private Dining Event Sales Manager and Hostess/ Reservationist/Cocktail Server. In 2007, they moved to Southern Wine & Spirits, where they held the roles of Portfolio Manager Constellation Wines U.S and On Premise Sales Representative. In 2015, they took a position at Johnson Brothers Liquor Co as a Key Account Sales Consultant. In 2018, they joined Breakthru Beverage Group as a Sales Consultant Fine Wine Division. In 2020, they moved to Boisset Collection as an Independent Ambassador. Currently, they are employed by Summit Spirits & Wine as a Key Account Manager.

Jennifer Appling attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General.
