Amber Goudeau, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Total Rewards at Summit Midstream Partners, LP, since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Hess Corporation from February 2021 to January 2022, and as a Compensation Analyst at Hines from May 2017 to February 2021. Earlier positions were held at MD Anderson Cancer Center and The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) in similar analyst capacities. Amber began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Administrator at Silver Eagle Distributors in 2013. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
