Kimberly Bottemiller is a seasoned professional in the real estate legal field, currently serving as a Senior Real Estate Paralegal at Summit Law Group since June 2017. With extensive expertise in title and survey review, contract drafting, and resolution of real estate issues, Kimberly brings a comprehensive understanding of various legal documents including leases and deeds. Prior experience includes roles as Principal and Owner of Experimac Tacoma, where retail management and sales strategies were developed, and as a Transaction Manager at Emeritus Corporation / Brookdale Senior Living, overseeing complex real estate transactions. Earlier positions as a Real Estate Paralegal at Cairncross & Hempelmann, P.S., and as a Paralegal at Emeritus Corporation further enriched Kimberly's knowledge in commercial property acquisitions and due diligence processes.
