Jeff Taylor, P.E. has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as CMT/Geotech Project Manager at SUMMIT Engineering, Laboratory & Testing Inc. and Foundations Department Manager at UES since October 2016, Jeff previously held the position of Staff Engineer at TerraTech Engineers from January 2013 to October 2016 and worked as an Engineer Technician at Stewart Engineering from February 2010 to January 2013. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University between 2004 and 2009.
