Denis Crayon, CHST, COHC has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Currently, they are working as an On-Line Trainer at LearnWorlds, where they provide Continuing Education Points (CEPs) approved by the NJ DEP Well Advisory Board for licensed Well Drillers & Pump Installers. Denis also serves as the Chair of the New Jersey State Industrial Safety Committee. In this role, Denis ensures compliance with N.J.S. regulations. Additionally, they are the President of Experience Safety Institute, where they have been overseeing operations since 2013. Denis has also worked as an Instructor at Rutgers University and a Director of Health & Safety at Summit Drilling. Denis has been actively involved in the field, holding positions such as Past President of the New Jersey Ground Water Association and Director on the National Board of Directors for the National Ground Water Association. Prior to their career in safety, Denis served in the United States Air Force as Personnel.
Denis Crayon, CHST, COHC, began their education in 1986 at the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they studied for two years. Denis then attended the Goethe Institut from 1988 to 1992, but the degree and field of study for both institutions are unspecified.
In addition to their educational background, they have acquired several certifications over the years. In 2000, they became a Journeyman Driller after completing the necessary requirements set by the NJ Department of Environmental Protection. Denis continued to enhance their professional qualifications by obtaining several instructor certifications. In 2009, they became an NSC First Aid & CPR Instructor through the National Safety Council. The following year, in 2010, they obtained certifications as an NSC Defensive Driving Instructor and a Certified Health & Safety Technician from the National Safety Council and the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, respectively. Most recently, in 2014, they became a Loss Prevention System (LPS) Trainer, completing the training provided by the Loss Prevention System institution.
