Bronzie Smith has extensive experience in engineering and inspection within the civil engineering industry, currently serving as an Engineering Technician IV at Summit Design and Engineering Services since March 2016, where responsibilities include being the Lead Structure Inspector on the Interstate 95 widening project in Harnett County, North Carolina. Prior to this role, Bronzie worked as an Engineering Technician III (Structure) on a private roadway project in Lillington, North Carolina. From January 2002 to January 2016, Bronzie held the position of Engineering Technician, Journey at NCDOT, overseeing the inspection of various roadway and structure projects to ensure compliance with plans and specifications. Education was completed at Cape Fear High School.
