Russ Lantz, CCUF, CCUFC, is a seasoned Learning and Development Coordinator at Summit Credit Union since July 2022, with a strong background in training and development across various financial organizations. Previously, Russ served as the MCC Tru Service Manager at Truliant Federal Credit Union from October 2020 to July 2022. Prior experience includes a significant tenure as a Training Manager at Deluxe, where Russ led a team of eight Training Specialists and specialized in delivery and design for multiple customer centers. Additional roles include Training Specialist at Citigroup, where Russ trained over 200 new associates and developed key training functions, and Special Projects Coordinator at Romac Financial, focusing on client liaison and associate training. Russ holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Bob Jones University.
