Jeff Carpenter is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial and multifamily construction. Currently at Summit Contracting Group since June 2021, Jeff is leveraging extensive experience in structural steel and wood framing. Previous roles include Project Manager at Dillard Construction Inc, where responsibilities encompassed project management for commercial and industrial construction, and managing multifamily projects at Empire Construction. Jeff has a history of overseeing ground-up development projects at JC Curtis Construction Co. and HUTTON, alongside a decade-long tenure as Owner of JCI Custom Homes INC in Michigan and Tennessee. Education includes OSHA 10 Hour certification from the University of South Florida and Lead Renovator certification from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
